"A Guide to Tanker Charters" is a successor to the well know volume "Tanker Voyage Charters" that INTERTANKO has published in the past. INTERTANKO is again indebted to its Documentary Committee for producing this practical guide. This edition was published in 2001 and goes well beyond the earlier works as it is the first time that a comprehensive approach has been taken to both time and voyage charterparties for tankers. This publication has become a standard source of reference for those that are regularly engaged in fixing tankers or resolving charterparty disputes.
