SINGAPORE: ‘Financing Energy Projects in Asia’ to be held at Intercontinental from October 21 to 22

(EnergyAsia, August 18, Monday) --- The 13th annual ‘Financing Energy Projects in Asia’ conference will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Singapore from October 21 to 22.

Asia’s energy demand is expected to grow in line with its fast-growing economies. This huge demand for energy requires massive investment and Asian governments are keen to attract private sector finance.

The conference will address topics including project developments and prospects in key markets, competition in the global debt market, investments in the region’s energy market, power projects and the use of the bond markets. The impact of rising oil, gas and coal prices on power generation, renewable energy and the Kyoto Protocol as well as country case studies will also be discussed.
