(EnergyAsia, November 7, Friday) --- The UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) has helped launch a new forum to develop gender- and poverty-sensitive energy policies in the Asia Pacific region. Experts and policy makers will contribute to the regional forum to help provide women and the poor with reliable access to energy.
